Your safety while traveling is our top priority.  Your Travel Director is trained to deal with any type of emergency that may come your way and is with you every day.  Your Travel Director is also in constant contact with our many local offices, who can provide 24/7 on-the-ground support as necessary.  We also provide liability insurance that covers you and your institution, as well as a 24-hour emergency number that participants and their families have access to.

Travel Directors: Your Experts on the Ground

Your Travel Director is your experienced local partner dedicated to bringing local cultural context to your course in real time.  The Travel Director will use their destination expertise to ensure your group is drinking in every last drop of local culture, history, customs, food, art, fashion and lifestyle, while managing all of the logistics of your travel program.

The Good Stuff: Hotels, Meals and Flights

Positive travel experiences—and therefore positive learning experiences—depend largely on the littlest details.  That’s why we include comfortable, centrally-located hotel accommodations, which may range from a B&B in Ireland to a large hotel in Latin America.  We focus on local, delicious and culturally interesting meals when selecting dinners for your group, and breakfast is always included to ensure everyone starts the day off right.  Lastly, we work with regularly scheduled airlines and will book the most direct round-trip flights available.
