Participants should register with their names as they appear or will appear on their passports. 

Payment Deadlines:

-  Please register with $200. This will reserve a spot on the trip.

- November 15, 2017: $500 second deposit due.

- February 8, 2018: final balance due. 

All payments should be made to the Georgia Highlands College Business Office. Financial Aid can be used to pay for this trip. Please note that credit and debit card payments are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.

Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing, including by email or fax. The date of the cancellation is the date on which HTP receives the notice. Payments cannot be transferred to another account. 

Cancellation Fees:

180 days or more prior to departure
- Full refund less a $200 cancellation fee.

179-100 days prior to departure (from November 27, 2017)
- Full refund less a $350 cancellation fee.

99-60 days prior to departure (from February 15, 2018)
- Full refund less a $1000 cancellation fee.

59 days or less prior to departure (from March 27, 2018)
- No refund.
