Day 2: Spring Hike at Montmorency Falls & French Cultural Exploration

In the morning, students will visit Montmorency Falls for a scenic springtime hike. They’ll learn about the waterfall’s geological significance and its importance in Quebec history, while enjoying the beauty of nature reawakening after winter. After lunch, students will head to the Musée de l’Amérique francophone, where they will participate in an interactive exhibit on French-speaking cultures in North America. The day will conclude with a French language scavenger hunt around Old Quebec, encouraging students to practice their language skills while exploring the city.

Day 3: Historical Immersion at the Plains of Abraham & Cirque du Soleil Class

Begin the day with a visit to the Plains of Abraham, the historic site of the Battle of Quebec. Students will participate in an engaging educational program, which includes guided tours of the battlefield and role-playing activities that teach them about the military strategies used during the famous conflict between French and British forces. In the afternoon, students will have the exciting opportunity to take a Cirque du Soleil-inspired acrobatics class. Afterward, they’ll have time to explore the museum and deepen their understanding of Quebec’s military history. Before departing, students will enjoy a leisurely walk through the city’s blooming parks and streets, practicing their French with local vendors. After a final lunch, they will depart Quebec, leaving with lasting memories of its history, culture, and exciting new skills.
